Arash Milani

Hey, I'm Arash. I am passionate about designing and building products, and I love building teams that actually work. The pull is old: as a kid I tore toys apart to see how they worked, then built my own.

I've made software products, podcasts, teams and companies. I've spoken at events, and organized a good number of them too, along with communities around engineers and startups. Back in the pre-LLM days I crowd-translated a couple of books into Persian, one of them with 85 people each taking a couple of pages to translate and review.

I can sit at my desk for hours and look, from the outside, like I'm working. I'm really just enjoying the game of creating, improving and learning.
